Thirteen milestones complete. Here’s what comes next.
The first prototype cycle is complete. The next October targets focus on the second generation.

From a working prototype to a learning cycle
The latest team update marks milestones 1–13 complete. That includes the initial framework and hardware design, ten assembled prototypes, firmware v1, the first mobile app, prototype testing, and Phase 1 analysis and coaching refinement.
The next October targets
Milestones 14–17 are now the October 2026 targets: a personalized coaching patent filing, hardware rev 2, fifty rev 2 devices, and firmware and mobile app v2. These remain targets until the team confirms completion.
What we will share
The progress journal provides a place for the evidence behind each step: product photographs, short demonstrations, and explanations of what testing changed. For now, the media panels contain suggested materials rather than actual footage or test results.
The road ahead
Certification, research ethics review, real-user testing, final production, and release preparation remain on the roadmap. April 16, 2027 is the target product release date. See the milestone pages for current status and planned material.
